These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Neon Rise (‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’), operated by Inderjit Bhamber in the United Kingdom.

Services

Neon Rise provides digital and professional services such as CV rebrands, LinkedIn optimisation, interview coaching, and career programmes.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Work begins only after payment is received in full.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of purchase if no work has started. Once work has begun (e.g. CV writing, coaching preparation), refunds are not available.

Confidentiality

All client information including CVs, employment history, and contact details is confidential and never shared for marketing purposes.

​

Liability

Neon Rise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Neon Rise does not guarantee specific employment outcomes. Future recruitment services will involve direct introductions between candidates and employers, where hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the employer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
